We have reserved a room block at the Embassy Suites for GIS in the Rockies attendees. Discounted room rates for attendees are $109 for singles, $119 for Doubles, $129 for Triples, and $139 for Quads. Prices good through August 15th. Embassy Suites is conveniently located right across the parking lot from The Ranch. Call 970-593-6200 to make your reservations and be sure to tell them you are with GIS in the Rockies to get the discounted rate. If you are booking your room after August 15th, please contact Kristi at kristi@allthedetailsinc.com to see if there is space to add rooms to our block

Transportation Information

We encourage everyone to carpool to the conference if you can. We are working with DRCOG's Ride Arrangers program to help conference attendees arrange carpools.
