Registration Details

Full Conference: Early Registration: $225 if registered by June 30, 2010.
July 15th, 2010

Regular Registration: $325

  • Full conference registration includes a printed copy of the conference program, access to the Exhibit Hall, Wednesday and Thursday sessions, Wednesday and Thursday breakfast and lunch, and the Wednesday night social.

Full Conference (Student/Faculty Rate): $60

  • A student or facility ID must be presented at registration.
  • Full conference registration includes a printed copy of the conference program, access to the Exhibit Hall, Wednesday and Thursday sessions, Wednesday and Thursday breakfast and lunch, and the Wednesday night social.

Wednesday Only Conference: $175

  • Wednesday Only conference registration includes a printed copy of the conference program, access to the Exhibit Hall, Wednesday sessions, Wednesday breakfast and lunch, and the Wednesday night social.

Wednesday Only Conference (Student/Faculty): $30

  • A student or facility ID must be presented at registration.

Thursday Only Conference: $175

  • Thursday Only conference registration includes a printed copy of the conference program, access to the Exhibit Hall, Thursday sessions, and Thursday breakfast and lunch.

Thursday Only Conference (Student/Faculty): $30

  • A student or facility ID must be presented at registration.
  • Thursday Only conference registration includes a printed copy of the conference program, access to the Exhibit Hall, Thursday sessions, and Thursday breakfast and lunch.

Exhibit Hall Only (2-day): $60

  • All day entry to the Exhibit hall, but no access to presentations or workshops. Lunch is not provided.

Wednesday Only Exhibit Hall: $30

  • Wednesday entry to the Exhibit hall, but no access to presentations or workshops. Lunch is not provided.

Thursday Only Exhibit Hall: $30

  • Thursday entry to the Exhibit hall, but no access to presentations or workshops. Lunch is not provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Registration fees will be refunded by November 14, 2010, minus a $30 service fee upon written notice to GIS in the Rockies on or before September 12, 2010. Online/Credit Card cancellations will be refunded immediately, minus a $30 service fee.
No Refunds will be issued for requests received after September 16, 2010.
